Return & Refund Policy

1. Please note that crystals are natural products and may differ slightly in appearance from images or with blemishes. That in any way, is not indicative of any defects in the stone.

2. Due to the spiritual and personal nature of energised crystal products, returns will not be accepted, in general.

3. Return will be accepted only in the following cases:

a. The crystal is proven to be synthetic through a valid Government-recognized laboratory certificate.

b. The product received is completely different from the product ordered.

c. The product has been damaged during transit.

4. An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.

5. The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition along with all packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories (if any).

6. Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or tampering after delivery may not be eligible for return.

7. As crystals are natural stones, slight variations in colour, shape, inclusions, patterns, and size are normal characteristics and shall not be considered defects or grounds for return.

8. The customer needs to notify our team on the whatsapp number 9136103630 as mentioned on the website, within 24 hours of receipt of the item, in case of damaged in transit or wrong item cases; in case of synthetic stone certificate from Government approved lab, the intimation has to be within 5 days of receipt of the item by the customer. The intimation needs to be with complete details including

* Order number
* Invoice number
* Reason for return
* Complete unboxing video
* Supporting photographs (if applicable) order and invoice number, reason for return and unboxing video.

9. Customers are requested to ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. Customers shall bear all return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Tara Maa Blessings.

10. The refund would be given only on the original payment method from which payments were made. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund would only be available in the form of store credits, redeemable against purchases from the website.

11. Once we receive the returned item physically, our team will inspect the returned product for eligibility. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process the refund. Processing of refund after physical receipt of returns will take 10 working days.

12. We currently do not offer exchanges. If eligible, customers may return the product and place a new order.

13. Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping by us. Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

14. In case the product is out of stock, the customer order will be cancelled by us and monies paid will be refunded.

15. Tara Maa Blessings reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the latest version available on our website before placing an order.
